Alex Hole Camp Out and Restoration Project

Spend a week camping in the backcountry on the scenic Siskiyou Crest and participate in a fence building project with the Rogue River-Siskiyou National Forest and KS Wild to protect and restore the sensitive wildflower meadows of Alex Hole.

Requirements: Participants must be physically able to lift or carry 30-80lbs, be prepared to work with wire, and camp for multiple days. Please bring work boots, personal camping gear, work gloves, durable pants. Participants may join for a portion of the week, but priority will be given to those who can spend multiple days.

Carpool will be arranged to this remote (and difficult to navigate) location.
